There are many “bars” in your life – be it in the gym, in your career, or your aspirations and dreams.

“Raising the bar and putting some f**ing heavy weights on it” is akin to setting high standards and expecting more out of yourself.

When was the last time you raised your bars? When was the last time you ‘added weight’ and raised your standards?
